Incorporating vibrant red and natural olive green colors, the design of this elegant wedding was brought together by the beautiful bride herself! With a first look in the tree grove, the ceremony under the large oak, and a gorgeous reception here at The Vintage Ranch, we absolutely loved celebrating Hana + Olu on their special day! Captured by photographer Pat Moyer, you can see more of this unique wedding on The Wedding Standard's blog here!

From the bride: "I wanted a classic wedding with rich colors, such as Marsala (the 2015 Pantone color of the year) and Olive green. We both love wine and understated elegance so when we stepped on the grounds of Vintage Ranch, we felt it was a perfect match. It was timeless with the Oak Tree, with beautiful scenery that was natural and elegant at the same time. Dining and Dancing under the stars was what we envisioned and a farm to table style (food was family style), I also had beautiful fruits and vegetables included into the flower centerpieces.. You can call it organic elegance =)"
Tell us about 1 or 2 memorable moments (from the wedding day) that stick out to you.
"I remember our vows, the double rainbow that appeared after a small bit of rain, and my husbands expression when he saw me in my Marchesa gown for the first time."

"First off I LOVE Sonja from Vintage Ranch. She is a kind soul who really loves offering her property to couples in love. She was such a pleasure to work with. My amazing friend and florist, Nancy really ROCKED it! I still get comments about the flowers. I really enjoyed working with everyone, Elan from Elan Event Rentals, Mar from Team Hair & Makeup, Pat Moyer who did our photography, Laura from DishWish, I mean everyone was great!"
This museum inspired wedding was nothing like we've ever seen out at The Vintage Ranch! Allie & Adam had no bridal party which allowed them to focus more on family, friends and each other. Our team of vendors really transformed the reception space by bringing big city artistic inspiration to our sweet little slice of country. You can view more of this wedding on San Luis Obispo Wedding Photographer Cameron Ingalls' blog.

Words cannot describe the joy and gratitude we have after having the new Netflix show Stay Here make over our vacation rental! The transformation was nothing short of miraculous. The cast and crew took over our property for a week and flipped our cozy cottage into a wine connoisseur wonderland.
Before I give too much more away check out the trailer! Then stream Stay Here on Netflix.
Stay tuned here as we share more content in the coming months from our weekly wedding celebrations and our Paso Robles wine country adventures. We are thrilled to be partnering with The Wedding Standard to grow our voice through blogging and social media. Take a peek at our beautiful Paso Robles Winery Wedding Venue Profile.
Just a short drive off the 101 Highway on 46W in the heart of wine alley, Niner Wine Estates is a modern and romantic oasis in Paso Robles. One of the claims to fame the winery has is their heart shaped grouping of oak trees on a hill facing the tasting room. It is the spot of many family and engagement photo shoots and a must do selfie spot on the central coast. It will definitely take your iInstagram game up a notch!
They are known for the Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The wines themselves offer something pretty unique for the Paso Robles region. The cool nights and coastal wind makes for Pinot and Chardonnay that don’t have the fruit and oak bomb of some local wineries. They also have an amazing array of foods you can purchase to consume onsite with your wines. Tastings and winery events are also an amazing thing to experience and offer a little something extra:
“We believe that good people are the key to a memorable experience, so all our events are designed to be interactive and educational. Our Chef might decide to teach you how to shuck fresh oysters during a class; our Winemaker may lead a blending seminar with his favorite barrels; our Vineyard Manager might take you to the top of Heart Hill to geek out about rootstock. Regardless, our goal is to have guests walk away loving this place as much as we do.”
We loved spending an afternoon at the winery tasting their amazing wines, filling up on the delicious spread and walking around the jaw dropping estate. We know if you give it a chance, you will too. Cheers!
Brianne and Corey were our punk rock couple of the year. The brides non-traditional looks were a great counterpart to the traditional feel of everything else. Her hair was also dyed the perfect shade of pink to match the flowers and decor! They have the cutest daughter who was part of the festivities. So happy to have been a part of their day!
Nicole and Rudy were married on a beautiful September afternoon. This couple really upped the wow factor with a sailcloth tent and gorgeous draping done by Flowers by Kim. Ken Kienow took amazing photos of the day and the live music from Matt Cross really helped create a fun atmosphere at the reception.
Lauren and Matt married on September 26th and used our space in a unique way. Because they had a smaller wedding, they were able to put the reception space right against the barn. It made for a really beautiful and intimate dinner. Jes Workman Photography did such an amazing job capturing the day and the couple. Weddings like this make us so happy to be working in this industry!
Katy and Ray got married on June 20th, which may have been the hottest day all summer. You'd never know though, as the bride and groom look so fresh and happy in every picture! We loved their use of color at this event. It was by far the most colorful wedding we had all summer! Ashley Blake captured every moment so beautifully, especially all of those colorful details the bride included in the day.
Jenni and Scott were married on a picturesque May day. The weather couldn't have been more perfect, and the brides attention to detail really helped transform this wedding into a dream. Amanda Beazley of A Perfect Day Events really took this brides vision and made it a reality. There are lots of details on this one, and Jen Rodriguez captured them all so perfectly!!
